Responsible for the design, assembly, and testing of battery packs to ensure product performance meets technical specifications and customer needs.
-Deeply participate in the thermal and electrical management design of battery systems, optimize battery performance and lifespan.
-Coordinate supply chain resources, evaluate and select appropriate battery materials and components.
-Track the latest industry trends and technological developments, and continuously promote product innovation.
-Work closely with the R&D team to solve the technical difficulties of battery PACK.
-Ensure product design meets industry standards and quality requirements, and participate in writing technical documents.
-Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Energy Engineering, or related fields.
-At least 3 years of experience in battery pack design or related work.
-Proficient in core knowledge such as battery chemistry, battery management systems (BMS), and thermal management systems.
-Have good project management skills and cross departmental communication and coordination abilities.
-Proficient in using CAD and other design software, with certain programming skills preferred.
-Responsible and able to maintain a meticulous and rigorous work attitude under pressure.
