Responsible for the design, development, and optimization of battery material processes to ensure the performance and reliability of battery materials.
-Research new battery materials, evaluate their material properties, and write a material development report.
-Design and optimize battery material processes to improve battery efficiency and safety.
-Write process documents and provide corresponding technical guidance and support.
-Assist the project manager in project planning and progress tracking, and participate in project meetings.
-Collaborate with colleagues from other departments, such as the R&D department, production department, quality assurance department, etc.
-Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Materials Science and Engineering or related fields.
-More than 5 years of experience in battery material technology research and development, with successful experience in developing new battery materials.
-Familiar with the battery production process, understand the characteristics of power batteries and energy storage batteries.
-Familiar with research methods for battery materials, such as electrochemical testing, X-ray diffraction, etc.
-Possess good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to work independently and solve problems.
